@lovonne86 Um, a Nurse here, I totally understand OCD, there is a difference between NOT KNOWING and IGNORING. As I said to other people I DID NOT KNOW about his condition. I can’t stand judgment.

@webkinzluv324 It just really doesn’t seem very funny to me. I would probably be offended if he ducked from my high five. If he faked out people by starting to give them a high five and then pulling it away like “haha fooled you!” that is even different and funnier. If he really is germophobic then he could hold out a fist and bump it with people who I am sure would comply.

I have been studying Howie Mandel every day for like 3 months. I bought his book, Heres the Deal Don’t Touch Me, ” and I believe it is fasinating. I think for people to say he is faking his OCD, thats a lot of tum foolary. OCD is to real and if I am sure he wouldn’t fake something that serious, it has been with him for his entire life, his book states it everywhere, I have seen videos, interviews, and in his tone of voice it’s a sad thing to overcome and I am SO proud of him for handleing it the way he is, with comedy. on 20/20 kids become suicidal from OCD.
Glad HOwie is on board. He is funny and sweet at times. He’s loveable and witty. Also him entering here, I can see it as being rude, BUT he also has a huge fear of hands and thats his main motor to his OCD and I don’t blame him. His mind isn’t with him, he’ll do what ever it takes to get away from the germs, even if is costs being rude when entering the building.
