If he goes somewhere (which he most likely will with that voice), then he could potentially save us all from mainstream “music” of today..bring back singers with a story, with HEART, with SOUL.

@jessigurl87 He couldn’t join American Idol because they have an age limit of 28, not because he has albums out. Both David Cook and Lee Dewyze had independent albums out well before their auditions for American Idol. So it’s not against the rules. I’m sure there were a lot of others too.

@lolimascottjr Griim has 3 albums available on CDBaby and Amazon, including a live one, which is amazing to me. Also you can download his songs from iTunes. What you hear here shows only a fraction of this man’s talents.

His sound reminds me a bit of Bob Seger who I really enjoy listening to also. He actually has TALENT. I hope he wins or at least gets a record deal out of this so I can buy one!
It’s amazing that the best original songs come from original, or just truthful experiences. I have most of my best songs on piano from sad times in my life, and I can imagine he might’ve had a few. Great voice, great song.
Yeah, I’m putting this guy right up there with Josh Groban. Tell you what, I’ll be buying his first CD…he’s gonna go far. LOVE his voice!!!
