Christopher Stone is an accountant with dreams of stardom and with his stunning singing voice he may just have a chance at changing his life. Here he talks exclusively about his big moment on stage in Manchester and his fight to conquer his nerves.

What an absolute travesty Christopher didn’t win this competition.
Christopher’s voice is something very special. His talent is his voice. The fact he is quite self-effacing, just adds to his charm.
The title of the programme is Britain’s got talent, not with an added proviso that you have to be pushy, over confident or downright cocky.
The man should have won, on talent alone.

Has Simon never fallen in love?? The vulnerability only added to the beauty of this song. I think if Christopher had sung this at the final, he may have been top 3.

I really enjoyed his performance
his singing voice sounds completely different to his normal voice. I was proper shocked.

The lines were only open 1 hour,
Anyway, Chris I thought the best, but just because he has not won, does not mean the end, it is just the beginning. and I think in the long run he will have the longest career of all the contestants on tonight, and I hope to see him in the west end soon.
I just wish he had of sang Maria again though, still great performance.
