It’s interesting the way those shows work. How many winners can you remember from Idol shows in the past? Almost none! Most of their careers die after the show. But one I will never forget is Susan Boyle. She will always be famous and can probably go on making CD’s forever if she wants. She truly has a beautiful voice.

Susan you humbly said you aspired to be like Elaine Page, well I think Elaine Page can now aspire to sing like you. You are the most talented singer I have ever heard, far better than Celine Dion or anybody else, you are stupendous. You make me so proud to be British.

I totally agree…Barbara Padilla is America’s version of Susan Boyle, because she came in 2nd place on AGT just like Susan came in 2nd place on BGT. And they BOTH should have won these competitions.
