@TheRealSlaveZero So everyone who’s desperate should steal. What kind of fucking logic is that? I don’t give a fuck, go work or beg, don’t steal. That person can KILL my family because he doesn’t want to go to jail because he has a baby(desperate). See where I’m going?

The thing is, I have a duty to protect my family and myself, and I don’t give two shits if Joe the Criminal is stealing to feed his starving baby; If he poses a threat to me or my family, I will use deadly force to protect our safety. It sucks, but that’s the way it is.
There’s a bigger picture, I know. And I would love to end poverty driven crime. But I won’t be a victim to it in the mean time.
@JustSivas58 – I honestly don’t feel like they should be treated one way or the other. It’s more simplistic than that to me. If I feel that my family or myself is threatened, I eliminate the threat. They knew the risk when they decided to become a criminal.
@JustSivas58 did it ever occur to you that some do it out of desperation? like stealing to feed his/her baby or just to get out of a debt, otherwise they would get killed.
