Ellen Reed was the winner of the ‘Show Scott What You’ve Got’ contest. She, along with over 100 participants, submitted themselves for the opportunity to share the stage with myself at my recent Brisbane concert. The moment I heard her submissions, I knew she was my winner. She is an incredible talent and her light is only just beginning to shine. Here she is singing my song ‘Always’ from my CD ‘Keys.’

Chinese Boy “Lin Yu Chun” Singing Whitney Houston LIVE HD Million Just a few days after video of a young man singing a pitch-perfect version of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” on a Taiwanese reality show hit YouTube, the contestant is already being called “The Chinese Susan Boyle” (although he’d actually be the Taiwanese Susan Boyle). Like the Scottish singing sensation, who shocked the judges of “Britain’s Got Talent” and the world with her perfect rendition of “I Dreamed a Dream” almost exactly a year ago, Lin Yu Chun has come seemingly out of nowhere. But unlike Boyle, who sang the song with her own style and in her native language, this young man’s song is a near-perfect sound-alike of Whitney Houston’s original, with barely a hint of an accent! Watch his performance: As this video rolls around the world on the Web (the video already has over 150000 views, and searches for “Lin Yu Chun” have gone up over 200% in the past 24 hours), expect to see this guy become an international sensation.
