Jiang Renrui wanted to make his paralyzed wife happy, so he performed the “peacock dance” for her in China’s Got Talent. In Chinese, we use the same term, peafowl, for both peahen and peacock. That’s why the judge said “only peacocks flare out their feathers” and found it so funny when Jiang said “I’m a male too”. Sorry for making spelling mistakes and my poor translation. it should be “it’s the machine that was PERFORMING”, not performaning at 2:15
